Profile Susan Chenaux-Repond



Expertise
Sue conducts assessments, coaches and trains in the areas of leadership, sales, management, team work, fulfillment and effectiveness. She works with groups, and one-to-one, using the knowledge and experience she has gained over many years in Learning & Development. She assists corporate and personal clients to clarify their awareness of themselves and their situations, and use the power of learning to make the changes they need to get to where they want.

Experience
Sue has contributed in senior in-house roles in Learning & Development, and has run her own successful consultancy with clients in Southern Africa, Europe, and North America. She has worked at all levels, with a variety of functions, and across a broad range of businesses. Clients have included KPMG, Ernst & Young, Man, Siemens, BHP, Anglo American, DeBeers, Barclays, Cadbury, Nissan & BAT. Successful projects include using cutting edge methodology to accurately assess strengths and developmental needs, introducing proven leadership models, and coaching top talent.

Education
Sue earned a BA in Psychology & Communications from the University of South Africa, and supported this with a specialist Training Diploma from the South African Institute of Personnel Management. She has successfully completed the Coach Training Institute’s world leading coach training programme - Co-active® Coaching. She received the Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University, UK, and is currently working towards her Masters. She is certified to conduct several evidence-based personality, competency and learning style assessments, including MBTI, MAP® & STAR®.

Extras
Sue is a learner who loves to teach! Her insatiable curiosity, love of learning, people and nature, an innovative and optimistic approach, and a talent for leading and organising, serve her chosen profession well. She is a voracious reader. Other p-leisure activities and interests, include safari-ing, scuba diving, skiing, horse riding, Zimbabwe stone sculpture and interior design.
